Delivery:
ADASA will ship items that are in stock within two working days. Back ordered items may require up to 15 working days to ship. UPS Ground is our standard delivery method. We also offer UPS 2-Day or UPS Next Day delivery services.
Returns Policy:
You may return unopened items purchased at the ADASA Web Store within 10 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 15 percent. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will issue you web store credit within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
